Dr Ajay Dagar is a dedicated, resourceful and innovative Educationist with rich academic and administrative experience of over 18 years from the grassroots, right up to the highest echelons of the Educational hierarchy. Accomplished trainer and a mentor with sound track record of creative scholastic achievements. He received his B. Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering D.Y.P.C.E.T Kolhapur, M. Tech. (Power Electronics )from MDU Rohtak , and Ph.D in Image Processing using Mat Lab. His research area includes Digital Signal Processing and Applications of Soft Computing techniques in Mobile Telecommunication Systems, and Optimization techniques etc. He has published several research papers in national and international conferences on digital signal processing and Robotics. He has also been awarded with best Faculty award by KRDWG IIT, New Delhi. He is also a Guide to many M.Tech. (Electronics & Communication Engineering) Students. He has Life membership of ISTE and IETE.

Mrs. Sakshi Pahuja

Mrs. Sakshi Pahuja is working as an Assiatant Professor in ECE Department. She is pursuing her PhD from Banasthali Vidyapeeth (Rajasthan) in the area of image processing .Her research includes Compression and Despeckling of SAR images by using Curvelet Transform . She has done MS in Software Systems from BITS-Pilani and B.E from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. She has total academic experience of over 14 years. She has guided undergraduate and postgraduate students in their seminar presentation and personality development. She has made significant contribution as active member of various committees in different colleges. She has also made significant contribution in development of Digital system Design, Microcontroller and Embedded System Labs. She has guided students of MTech (ECE) in dissertations and several BTech students for project work. She has several national and international research publications to her credit and and also reviewer of International Journals. She is a professional member of IEEE, IETE and ISTE. Her area of interest includes Image Processing, Embedded System Design and Wireless Communication.

Mrs. Monika Bhat

Mrs. Monika Bhat is M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engg. With specialization in Digital electronics. She is having passion for teaching and has an experience of 13 years in imparting quality education to Post Graduate, Graduate students. She has been associated with WCTM since May-2013 prior to which she has been teaching in various reputed institutes in Lucknow including BBDNITM Lucknow. She has published various research papers both in National as well as International journals and has various won various recognitions in the field of education including “best faculty award”. She has been constantly enhancing her teaching skills by attending various seminars being held by national as well as international experts.

Mr. Anil Kumar

Mr. Anil Kumar, working in WCTM as Assistant Professor in Electrical Engineering Department has done post graduate from LIET, Alwar in 2012. His area of specialization is Power System. He has 10 years experience of teaching UG and PG classes. Before joining World College of Technology & Management (WCTM) has worked with Career Point University, Kota, Rajasthan.

His area of interest is Automatic Generation Control. In his post graduate he has done work for Load Frequency Controlling for automatic generation control. Attended several workshops organized by IIT Kharagpur, NIT Hamirpur by him on Integrated Renewable Energy in Deregulated Power Sector and Signal & System.

Mr. Ajay Kumar is M.Tech (Electronics Design and Technology) and B.Tech (Electronics and Telecommunication Engg.). He is associated with World college of technology and Management as a Assistant Professor from January 2012 with responsibilities of teaching undergraduate and post graduate students, organizing techfest, cultural fest, workshops, seminars and national conference in the college campus. He is also associated with university and sessional exam conducting committee. He has published seven international, one national journal paper and attended a number of workshops, seminars and conferences related to the field of various emerging trends in electronics and communication engg. His research work is concerned with the Optical fiber sensor and coupler design and testing. During his work, he has fabricated etching based single mode optics fiber sensor and couplers. Which are best suited for use in refractive index and temperature sensing (-40°C to 150°C), Along with that sensor were used to monitor solid solution concentration with real time monitoring of sensor data using Labview. He has also very good knowledge on VHDL for digital system design. He teaches engineering subjects like Digital system Design using VHDL, Radar & Sonar, Signal & Systems, Optical Communication and Satellite communication etc. to undergraduate with emphasis on organizations use accounting information to create value in a dynamic engineering environment. His main research interest focuses on the use Telecommunication, Sensor Designing, Electronics system design and Optical devices. Research articles by him have appeared for the technical review, Photonics journal IEEE.

He has also organized three national level workshop and one national level staff development program. His area of expertise are Communication System, Wireless Communication, digital Electronics, Control system, Microwave Engineering, Antenna & wave Propagation, Satellite communication. Mr Abhishek Saini

Mr Abhishek saini working as an Assistant Professor in ECE Department in WCTM, Gurugram (Haryana). He did his B.Tech in ECE from SDDIET affliated to Kurukshetra University(Haryana) with First Division. He did his M.Tech from BBSBEC affliated to P.T.U (Punjab) with First Division. He is Pursuing Phd in Metamaterial Antennas. He has an overall 8.5 years of Teaching experience. His specialization field is Antennas and Electromagnetics. He has publication in international conference. He has attended 6 workshops /winter schools in Image Processing, Optical Communication & Matlab. He has qualified Gate Exam and UGC-NET Exam twice

Mr. Abhay kumar Shah

Mr. Abhay kumar Shah is M.Tech in Electical Engg. with specialization in Power System. He is having passion for teaching and has an experience of 6.8 years in imparting quality education to Post Graduate and Graduate Students. Before joining World College of Technology and Management (WCTM) he has worked as Assistant Professor with (GNIOT) Greater Noida Institute of Engg. & Tech. Gr.Noida (G.B.Nagar) and Lecturer in(AIMT) Accurate Institute of Management & Tech. Gr.Noida (G.B.Nagar).

His area of interest is Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) against Balanced and Unbalanced Voltage Sag/Swells. In his post graduation he has work done on compensate Sag and Swell with the help of DVR. Two (02) workshop attended by me (1).Recent Advancement in Electrical Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering” Conducted by IEEE in Galgotia College of Engineering & Technology Greater Noida U.P. (2)Workshop on Industrial Automation which is covering PLC(ALLEN-BRADELY), SCADA software (In-Touch) and Seminar on Industrial Automation in Greater Noida Institute of Technology Greater Noida U.P.

Mr. Ravinder Singh is working as an Assistant Professor in Electrical Engineering Department. He has done MTech from NIT, Surat in 2013. After competition of B.TECH in EEE from BRCM, Bahel he has qualified GATE three times in 2011, 2013 and 2014. His area of specialization is Power Electronics and Electrical Drives. He is very dedicated, enthusiastic and hardworking faculty. He has 6 years experience of teaching UG and PG classes. He is working with WCTM since July 2014.Before joining World College of Technology & Management (WCTM) has worked with Laxmi Devi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Alwar, Rajasthan. His area of interest is Smart Grid . In his post graduation he has done work on interconnection of Renewable Energy Sources and Grid Synchronisation Techniques. In his work he has developed MATLAB model for Solar System and Wind System connected with existing grid system. He has also developed hardware model for same. He has attended several workshops organised by IIT delhi and IIT Mumbai. He is also professional member of IEEE society.
