As suggested by UGC/AICTE the College has established a Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC), to provide a
mechanism for transparency in Admissions, Internal Assessment and Examinations The purpose of the
student Grievance Redressal Committee is to hear, investigate, and resolve a student complaint or
grievance. Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the department members in person or online to
the head of the institute. In case the person is unwilling to appear in self, grievances may be dropped
in writing at the office in-charge.
Objectives:
The Cell aim to settle the grievance/ suggestion of the students, staff and other stakeholders within a
reasonable time period for further strengthening the trust and bond of the students with the institution
by providing them with all kind of facilities for maintaining the level of academic teaching and
learning.
The main objective is to ensure an approachable and responsible attitude among the staff towards the
students to avoid any harmony on the campus, to provide access to immediate, hassle-free recourse, to
establish structured interactions with students to elicit information on their expectations. Encouraging
the Students to express their grievances/problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being
victimized and any violation of ragging and disciplinary rules should be urgently brought to the notice
