MESSAGE FROM DIRECTOR WCTM

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the WCTM family. Having successfully completed the foundations of basic education at school, you now enter the most important phase of your life, College, which will ultimately culminate in the beginning of careers and professions that you have chosen for yourselves. It is our aim to train and guide you to be able to successfully join these careers and professions. At WCTM studies is serious business, imparted by top class faculty and supported by top class infra structure. The results are evident for all to see, our students have excelled in the University and made us proud. We also regularly interact with Industry to find out their requirements and train and guide you to meet these requirements. Among other things we will focus on your communication skills, general aptitude, group discussions and how to face interviews. The focus is on all round development so that education translates into a successful placement. Remember for this to happen the most important person is you yourself. So put in your best, strive for continuous improvement and never lose sight of your goal.

Profile Overview

Brigadier Rakesh Kaushish (Retired) is currently serving the institute as Director. He has over thirty four years of experience in the Indian Army, with core competencies in Telecomm Engineering and Value added services. He also has a vast experience in management and implementation of Telecomn infrastructure and Electronic Warfare projects for the Army in conjunction with Industry, DPSUs and DRDO. He is a M.Tech in Microwaves and Optical Comn Engg from IIT Kharagpur and Masters in Management Sciences from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He is also a qualified soft skills trainer.
