WCTM supports numerous academic clubs and student-run organizations that promote cooperation and coordination among other students, faculty members, and industry professionals working within diverse areas of study, including:

(A) TECH Tycoon (Technical committee of computer science)
The function of this cell is to organize various technical events & programme in the college premises.

Some of the events of this cell are as follows:-

a) Industrial Visits
b) CODING JAM(QUIZ/COMPETITION)
c) Technical talk by students
d) Android workshops
e) Emerging trend in information Communication and technology Workshops
f) Expert Lectures / Guest Lectures

(B) CETECH (Civil Engineering Technical committee)
The function of this cell is to organize various technical events & programme in the college premises.

Some of the events of this cell are as follows:-

a) Industrial / Site Visits
b) Bridge Competitions
c) Stadd Pro (Quiz/Competitions)
d) Autocad Designing (Quiz/Competitions)
e) SAP Workshops
f) Expert Lectures / Guest Lectures

(C) METECH (Mechanical Engineering Technical committee)
The function of this cell is to organize various technical events & programme in the college premises.

Some of the events of this cell are as follows:-

(a) Industrial Visits (b) Seminars (c) AUTOCAD/SOLID WORKS Designing Competition (d) Expert/Guest Lectures (e) Product Design and Manufacturing

(D) TECHNOCRATS (Electronics and communication Engineering Technical committee)
The function of this cell is to organize various technical events & programme in the college premises.

Some of the events of this cell are as follows:-

a) Industrial / Site Visits
b) Robotics Competitions
c) Stadd Pro (Quiz/Competitions)
d) Matlab Designing (Quiz/Competitions)
e) VLSI and Embedded Workshops
f) Expert Lectures / Guest Lectures

(E) Class Representatives
One person from each Semester will be selected as C.R. each year. The duty of C.R. is to maintain discipline in class. C.R. has to directly report to HOD for smooth functioning of labs and classes.

(F) KHOZ(Research and Project Cell)
WCTM is promoting research activities at all level in the college premises. The function of this body is to conduct research oriented activities & to publish paper in their research. Every student has to register himself at least under one research group. The registration forms will be available with concerned faculty coordinators. List of projects are displayed.

(G) SOCIAC (Social Club)
The function of this body is to organize / conduct various events/ activities/ competitions on special days (National or International day or Social awareness program).

(Note): At least one event is to be organized per month.

Some of the events of this cell are as follows:-

a) Poster Making Competitions
b) Rangoli Competitions
c) Debates
d) Social awareness Programme on various occasions (Swatch Bharat Abhiyan, One India Programme etc.)

(H) SMART CELL (Personality Development Cell)
The function of this body is to organize Debates, Presentations and also to maintain proper dress code of Civil Engineering Students.

The events of this cell are as following.

a) Group Discussions
b) Personal Interviews
c) Quiz/ Aptitude Competitions
e) Organize PDP classes Competitions

(I) WCTM TALKIES (Editors for magazines /News letters/Reports)
The function of this cell is to make a summary report of the events conducted every month and to maintain records of the events conducted. The cell will be official editor in college magazine from Civil Engineering Department. It is also responsible to release one news letter (SRIJAN) quarterly.
