Dr. Himani Avasthi
Director – Academics & Head - Department of Business Administration
Dr. Himani Avasthi is an esteemed academician with rich experience & passion for academic, institutional, and student development pursuits; contributed to institutional development & building by way of involvement in organizing conferences, workshops (International Conference on Innovation & Emerging Trends in AI & Management scheduled on 24-25 Feb 2025) & conclaves.
Well-versed in providing visionary leadership and strategic direction for the department, overseeing academic programs, faculty development, and student success initiatives.
Proficient in developing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, and curriculum enhancements to ensure academic quality & alignment with institutional goals.
She has been awarded the Empower Her Awards (21.12.2024) in the Academic Advocate Category from Dr. Kiran Bedi.
Her Ph.D. is on Work-Life Balance, and her research interest includes Organizational & Human Resources. She has vast experience with International Universities and has taught in Dubai, Bradford University, UK, and Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland.
