Dr. Ajay Kumar Dagar

Dr Ajay Dagar is a dedicated, resourceful and innovative educationist with rich academic and administrative experience of over 18 years from the grassroots, right up to the highest echelons of the educational hierarchy. An accomplished trainer and a mentor with a soundtrack record of creative scholastic achievements. He received his B. Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering D.Y.P.C.E.T Kolhapur, M. Tech. (Power Electronics) from MDU Rohtak, and PhD in Image Processing using mat lab. His research area includes Digital Signal Processing and Applications of Soft Computing Techniques in Mobile Telecommunication Systems, and Optimization techniques etc. He has published several research papers in national and international conferences on Digital Signal Processing and Robotics. He has also been awarded best faculty award by KRDWG IIT, New Delhi. He is also a guide to many M.Tech. (Electronics & Communication Engineering) students. He has Life membership of ISTE and IETE.

Profile Summary:
Mr. Ajay Kumar is M.Tech (Electronics Design and Technology) and B.Tech (Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering). He is associated with World College of Technology and Management as an assistant professor from January 2012 with responsibilities of teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, organizing Techfest, cultural fest, workshops, seminars and national conference in the college campus. He is also associated with the university and sessional exam conducting committee. He has published seven international, one national journal paper and attended a number of workshops, seminars and conferences related to the field of various emerging trends in electronics and communication engineering. His research work is concerned with the Optical Fiber Sensor and Coupler Design and Testing. During his work, he has fabricated etching based single-mode optics fibre sensor and couplers. Which are best suited for use in refractive index and temperature sensing (-40°C to 150°C), along with that sensors were used to monitor solid solution concentration with real-time monitoring of sensor data using lab view. He also has a sound knowledge of VHDL for digital system design. He teaches engineering subjects like Digital System Design using VHDL, Radar & Sonar, Signal & Systems, Optical Communication and Satellite Communication etc. to an undergraduate with emphasis on organizations use accounting information to create value in a dynamic engineering environment. His main research interest focuses on the use of Telecommunication, Sensor Designing, Electronics System Design and Optical devices. Research articles by him have appeared for the technical review in Photonics Journal, IEEE.

Ms. Monika Agarwal is working as an assistant professor in the ECE Department. She is pursuing a PhD from G.D. Goenka University, Gurgaon. Her research interest areas are Image Processing and Machine Learning. She has focused on the design and development of various efficient contrast enhancement techniques for medical MRI images. She has also developed an efficient model for accurate detection and classification of brain tumour. She did her M.Tech in Optical Communication from MNIT, Jaipur and B.tech from JECRC University, Jaipur. She has total academic experience of over 8 years. She has published 15 research papers in international (SCI/Scopus Indexed) journals and conferences. She has qualified GATE exam twice. She has guided undergraduate and post-graduate students in their seminar presentation and personality development. Her areas of expertise are Communication System, Digital Electronics, Signal & System, Image Processing, Basic of Electrical Engineering and Antenna Wave & Propagation. She is also a professional member of IEEE, IETE and ISTE.

Mrs. Monika Bhat is M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering. With specialization in Digital electronics. She has a passion for teaching and has an experience of 13 years in imparting quality education to post-graduate, graduate students. She has been associated with WCTM since May 2013 prior to which she has been teaching in various reputed institutes including BBDNITM, Lucknow. She has published various research papers both in national as well as international journals and has won various recognitions in the field of education including “best faculty award”. She has been constantly enhancing her teaching skills by attending various seminars being held by national as well as international experts.
Mr. Anil Kumar

Mr. Anil Kumar, working in WCTM as an assistant professor in the Electrical Engineering Department & has done post-graduation from LIET, Alwar in 2012. His area of specialization is Power System. He has 10 years of experience in teaching UG and PG classes. Before joining World College of Technology & Management (WCTM) has worked with Career Point University, Kota, Rajasthan.
His area of interest is the Automatic Generation Control. In his post-graduate, he has done work for Load Frequency Controlling for automatic generation control. Attended several workshops organized by IIT Kharagpur, NIT Hamirpur by him on Integrated Renewable Energy in the deregulated power sector and signal & system.

Mr. Sachin Kumar is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. He is a post-graduate in Digital and wireless communication Engineering and has 7 years’ experience of teaching UG and PG classes. Before joining World College of Technology and Management (WCTM) he has worked with Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur, Dr. K. N. Mody University, Jaipur. He has attended a number of conferences/seminars/workshops/SDP and presented 8 papers (2 papers in national journal & 6 papers in International journals). He has also organized three national level workshop and one national-level staff development program. His areas of expertise are Communication System, Wireless Communication, Digital Electronics, Control system, Microwave Engineering, Antenna & wave Propagation, Satellite Communication. Mr Abhishek Saini

Mr. Abhishek Saini working as an assistant professor in the ECE Department in WCTM, Gurugram (Haryana). He did his B.Tech in ECE from SDDIET affiliated to Kurukshetra University(Haryana) with first division. He did his M.Tech from BBSBEC affiliated to P.T.U (Punjab) with first division. He is pursuing a PhD in Metamaterial Antennas. He has an overall 8.5 years of teaching experience. His fields of specialization are Antennas and Electromagnetics. He has a publication in an international conference. He has attended 6 workshops/winter schools in Image Processing, Optical Communication & Matlab. He has qualified Gate Exam and UGC-NET Exam twice.

Mr. Abhay Kumar Shah is M.Tech in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power System. He has a passion for teaching and has an experience of 6.8 years in imparting quality education to post-graduate and graduate students. Before joining World College of Technology and Management (WCTM) he has worked as an assistant professor at GNIOT, Greater Noida, Institute of Engg. & Tech., Gr.Noida (G.B.Nagar), and Lecturer in Accurate Institute of Management & Tech. Gr.Noida (G.B.Nagar).
His area of interest is Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) against Balanced and Unbalanced Voltage Sag/Swells. In his post-graduation, he worked on Compensate Sag and Swell with the help of DVR. He has attended two workshops: recent advancement in Electrical Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering conducted by IEEE in Galgotia College of Engineering & Technology, Greater Noida, U.P & Industrial Automation in PLC (Allen Bradley), SCADA software (In-Touch) and a seminar on Industrial Automation in Greater Noida Institute of Technology, Greater Noida, U.P.
He has Published four international paper in international journals. He has been constantly enhancing his teaching skills by attending various seminars being held by national as well as international experts. Mr. Ravinder Singh is working as an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering. He has done M.Tech. from NIT, Surat in 2013. After completing B.Tech. in EEE from BRCM, Bahel he has qualified GATE three times in 2011, 2013 and 2014. His areas of specialization are Power Electronics and Electrical Drives. He is dedicated, enthusiastic and hardworking when it comes to imparting education. He has 6 years of experience in teaching UG and PG classes. He is working with WCTM since July 2014. Before joining World College of Technology & Management (WCTM) he worked at Laxmi Devi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Alwar, Rajasthan. His area of interest is the Smart Grid. In his post-graduation, he worked on the interconnection of Renewable Energy Sources and Grid Synchronisation Techniques. In his work, he has developed a MATLAB model for Solar System and Wind System connected with an existing grid system. He has also developed a hardware model for the same. He has attended several workshops organised by IIT Delhi and IIT Mumbai. He is a professional member of the IEEE society.
